shown graphs, diagrams. had to describe them. they asked questions like why is this line shifted to the right…etc they didnt tell me what they had shown me but just wanted to see my interpretation of all of it from my a levels.
work experience, how does blood go around the body, why does it, what makes it go around…the pressure in the foot is three times higher than that in the heart …why is that?
how would you go about designing a hip replacement?
they started with very open Qs and went deeper. It goes to an extent where you no longer know why

Final stage

i applied to girton…the place which i initally thought would take applicants from the pool…therefore i could only get rejected or an offer. so to get pooled wasn’t something i expected.

Looking back

definitely. although i got rejected in the end i actually really enjoyed the interview and would have loved to go there.

from my feedback, it was my bmat that let me down. my interviews were pretty good. i guess if my UMSs were higher and my bmat then i might have made it…
sooo work hard on your bmat everyone and especially for cambridge they really like high UMS marks
